Message from Fr. Michael Doherty

I am happy to let you know that I was discharged from hospital yesterday (Friday). I have now started my convalescence at home in Derry with strict orders to take it easy for the time being. Still using a walking aid but moving well – in fact the carer told me to slow down a bit! Thank you to all who helped me during my time in Altnagelvin, including doctors, nurses and auxiliaries from Strabane. Keep me in your prayers and I hope it won’t be too long until my return to Melmount and Sion Mills.
