next meeting in St Joseph’s Hall on Thursday 13th December at 8 pm. We are appealing
for more members to attend our meetings. Children in Crossfire Our advent boxes are now available
at the back of the church. Within you will read a story of hope, from a young girl
called Tenaye, found living on a graveyard in Ethiopia and her life transformed
from the help of Children in Crossfire. Please take a box home over Christmas and
return it the church in January. Do This In Memory Programme The next Do This In Memory Mass
will take place on Saturday 15th December at 6 pm in the Sacred Heart Church. Baptismal Preparation The next Baptismal Preparation
Evening is on Monday 10th December at 8 pm in the Pastoral Centre, Brook Street. Annual Carol Service The Annual Carol Service will take
place in the Sacred Heart Church on Sunday 16th December at 6 pm. The service should
last no longer than one hour. All welcome. SVP Christmas Collection The annual Christmas collection
for St Vincent de Paul will be taken up after all Masses this weekend. Please return
any gift aid envelopes with the collection. Holy
Communion to the Sick & Housebound The
Eucharistic Ministers will bring Holy Communion to the sick and housebound who have
requested it, next Sunday (16th)after 9 am Mass and 11am Mass and after 10am Mass in Drumragh. Vivo Shop on Sunday 9th December at 4 pm. Join in the Carols with the Cross Community
Choir. Guest Appearance at 4.30 pm. All members of local community welcome. Refreshments
served. Please come along and support your local Community Association. Tattysallagh Nativity Crib Festival Following last year’s hugely successful
exhibition of cribs from around the world, Babs Barrett, once again invites everyone
to come along to her nativity crib festival. Like last year, all donations go to
Mellon Educate’s building programme of renovating and building schools in South
Africa, where children live in abject poverty. Come along on Saturday 15th/Sunday
16th December from 10 am to 6 pm to view the exhibition and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee
and there will be ample car parking. The display is at 33 Corradinna Road - branch
off the Dromore Road at Prices Shop (Vivo Store) and follow signs for the Pigeon
Top, continue on this road for half a mile. Omagh St Enda's GAC We are running a Big Bingo in the
Clubrooms next Thursday 13th December at 9 pm. Prizes include 2 x £500 houses and
1 X £1000 house. Omagh Lions Club We will hold our Annual Christmas
Food Collection at Dunnes Stores on 14th, 15th and 16th December. Your support will
be greatly appreciated. Children's Liturgy Children’s Advent Liturgy will
continue for the remaining three weeks of Advent in St Mary’s Church, Drumragh.
All primary school children are most welcome. Christmas Novena Prayer Hail and blessed be the hour and
moment in which the Son of God was born of the most pure Virgin Mary at midnight
in Bethlehem in piercing cold. In that hour promise, oh my God, to hear my prayer
and grant my desires, through the merits of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, and of His
Blessed Mother. Amen. Annual Christmas Carol Service St Davog’s Church, Dromore extends
a warm welcome to their annual Christmas Carol Service on Friday 14th December at
7.30 pm, presented by ‘Harmonise’ choir and young musicians. |
